I'm thinking that you may have caught the service on a bad day...We all have them, and I have honestly been treated great there since going to Kal Bi house regularly since 2005... They do an awesome job with their meals and ask if you are enjoying yours... I have had one issue there but they addressed it in a timely and professional manner... Please try to give them another shot at pleasing you, I'm sure you won't regret it...
